1. Returns and Store Credit:
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Therefore, we offer store credit for returns, allowing you to make future purchases with us. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can easily self-initiate a return through your online customer account. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds.

To be eligible for a return, you have up to 30 days from the date of placing your order to initiate the process.

3. 30-Day Refund Period:
The 30-day refund period starts from the date you placed your order. To qualify for a return and store credit, please ensure your request is submitted within this timeframe.

4. Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for store credit, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The shoes must be unworn and undamaged.
- The shoes must contain all originally packaged items, such as shoeboxes, tags, and accessories.
- The shoes must be in their original condition as purchased.

5. Order Cancellation Refunds:
Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, we offer a full refund if the cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

6. Self-Initiated Returns:
Our customers can conveniently self-initiate their returns through their online customer accounts, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

7. No Restocking Fee:
We value your satisfaction, which is why we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Our goal is to make the return process hassle-free for you.

8. Flat Rate Return Shipping Fee:
For your convenience, please note that a flat rate return shipping fee of $15 will be deducted from your store credit to cover return shipping costs. This fee allows us to provide reliable and secure return services for our valued customers.

9. Gift Card Exclusions:
Please be aware that any gift cards used during the initial transaction are ineligible for replacement or refund. Instead, gift card funds will be reissued as store credit.

10. Coupon Code Exclusions:
Any expired or one-time use discount or coupon codes used on previous transactions are ineligible for replacement or refund.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, kindly contact us immediately. We will promptly evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.
