VISCO LLC has no control over the path, direction, time, or condition of shipment once it has been transported to USPS facilities. VISCO LLC will not maintain responsibility for any mishaps with products that have been affected at the hands of USPS services.
All orders and packages are provided with free tracking numbers made available to the buyer after confirmation and are available to check as freely as pleased. If we have not provided you a tracking number or you have misplaced yours, feel free to contact us at any time to re-request it, no charge.
